Love the mouth expression, would like to see the subject turn more into the light or change camera position.( this would solve the dark /hooded eyes effect.

@Hercules: True ! Thank for this constructive comment ! On that shot the flash was fired 45 degrees on the top left of the subjet so it bouce to the white wall and it was a on the spot shot , hard to get perfect light !
